[ applause ] >> reporter: back to the website, one of the biggest known remaining problems is the back end of healthcare.gov. after you click and decide what you want, the part of the system that sends your order to the insurance companies, sends an 834 file. washington post and others reported as many as a third of those have been unable to be used by the insurance carrier. the white house, today, flatly denied that number was that high and it's nowhere near that bad
